Changes to the Debit Card Policy
Franklin Johnstown Federal Credit Union has had an issue with members abusing their debit card privileges. We reserve the right to close/block VISA debit cards when an account goes negative. If FJFCU blocks a card and then approves re-opening the debit card account, the member will pay a fee of $25.00 to reopen/activate the card. The reissuing of the card is not automatic approval and the member will pay any other costs associated with the reissue of a debit card. Be sure to deduct every transaction from your balance at the time of use to ensure that you know exactly what is available in your account. Transactions do not clear in order and not every purchase is instantly withdrawn. |
